Responsibilities

• Write and maintain functional specifications by module including reporting and integration.

• Configure set up by module based upon documented business processes.

• Identify, evaluate, advise and document by module best practice business procedures.

• Assist functional users in clarifying and recording reporting requirements.

• Create use cases and test scenarios.

• Assist in test execution, issue identification, traceability and resolution.

·         Customer Relationship Management support (liaison between user and IT).

·         Application Change Management support (Requirements, Documentation, and Training).

·         Production support (Access, Event, Request, Incident and Issue Management).
 
 Requirements

·         Multiple years of experience preferably over multiple Banner implementations.

·         Must identify depth of experience by module.

·         Must have experience in:

-          writing and maintaining functional specifications including reports and interfaces

-          documenting and maintaining business processes

-          requirements identification, gathering, gap analysis and design sessions

-          all facets of testing – use case development, execution and resolution

-          creating training materials and training delivery

-          process flow applications such as Visio or similar tools.·     

·         Multiple references of relevant experience including Banner version 8x.
