I just
wanted to personally say "Thank You" for your help, hard work and
professionalism. You are, by far, the best recruiter I have ever had
the chance to work with. (And I have worked with many)
You really care about the
people you submit to your clients. You take the time to truly know
them as a person and by doing that you have a better understanding
of their needs and talents. It is only by knowing your recruits,
that you can better tailor a custom fit for your clients, in which
not only the client is satisfied but your recruit is satisfied as
well. This is truly a wonderful gift you possess.
Again. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING.
11/2006,
Thank you again for all of your assistance during this adventure in finding a new job. I appreciate all of your help, advice and encouragement. My new contact information is below:

I know we have worked with each other only a short time but I'd like
to know what I did right and areas where I could do better.
A quick response to each question would be great.
1. What
did I do right for you?
2. What areas could I do better?
Thanks,
Response by candidate (05/23/06)
David,
You answered all my questions honestly and quickly.
You were polite and yet still straightforward about things you saw I
needed help with which is something rare today. I know you asked
for an area where you could do better, and I'm not just saying this to
be nice or flattering, but I really can't think of anything you could
have done better.
Thanks,

As
an IT professional, I decided I needed to change companies to advance
my programming career. I put resumes out on the Internet to make myself
available for possible positions. I was contacted by five IT recruiting
organizations with possible offers. I have to say that Allen and Associates
was by far the most professional I worked with.
We had a lengthy initial phone conversation where the recruiter asked
direct and pointed questions, not only about my programming experience
and skills, but also what I was looking for in a company that would
meet my personal goals. Also, what I thought was an extremely helpful
advantage, the recruiter over the course of a two hour phone conversation
helped me condense and rewrite my resume to reflect my IT skills.
No other organization offered to do this. He put me in touch with a company
that was not only looking for a programmer with my abilities but also
a company that would meet my personal goals. I had one phone interview
and one personal interview and was subsequently offered a position,
which I accepted. Now my career is on the fast track to becoming an
advanced Visual Basic programmer. Allen and Associates kept me in
the loop every step of the way during the negotiations of possible
employment with the company. All I can say is for an IT professional
using an IT recruiter to find a position, Allen and Associates has
my highest recommendations. Not only did I join a company for higher
pay, but also one that fits perfectly with my personal career goals.
